Welcome to Black Country Divers, a well established BSAC branch (Branch No. 2016). Our club is based at the Halesowen Leisure Centre in the West Midlands, offering an exciting and inclusive diving experience for all ages.
With approximately 20 members, we are proud to be a family and social focused club. Whether you have prior diving experience from years ago and wish to rediscover it alongside your children, or if you’re starting fresh as a family, we’re the perfect fit for you.
We also extend a warm invitation to young individuals who aspire to dive. If you’re a young person seeking a head start towards a career in the underwater environment, our club is here to support you every step of the way.
Our club gathers every other Wednesday evening at 8pm for a one hour pool session. During this time, we make the most of our training, ensuring you become familiar with the fundamental equipment before venturing into open waters and encountering additional gear required for those conditions.
We always encourage junior members to join us and try scuba diving with a “try dive.” If you’re interested in giving it a go, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email. We’d be thrilled to accommodate you!
